Leadership and Team Development
Adi brings a wealth of expertise to the field of leadership and team development. This includes running training programmes in outdoor centres in the UK; developing performance planning, review, appraisal and review systems for the leadership of international schools; moderating leadership/manager-team performance feedback sessions based on concepts behind the Johari Window; coaching leaders in preparation for presentations in international conferences, and holding himself senior leadership roles within numerous organisations in the international development ecosystem. Adi backstops these practical experiences with academic rigor, holding a Doctorate from Oxford Brookes University on, ‘Success Factors for the Leadership of International Humanitarian and Development Organisations’.
Adi brings insightful, fun but thought-provoking approaches to his team-building activities, geared towards the outcomes being applicable in the workplace, and durable in terms of the lessons that can be applied, by the teams and their leaders together. Adi’s interactional style, his versatile approach to design, discussion and shaping of capacity development measures, and his high level of professional delivery to meeting clients’ needs – based on deep listening, intuitive and empirical grasp and understanding of their requirements – provides for stimulating and rich outcomes.
