Organisational Development
Across a range of sectors including education, MEAL, PFM, communications, community development, development planning, and disaster response and reconstruction, and for a broad spectrum of clients ranging from government ministries and departments, international humanitarian and development organisations, corporate entities, and academic organisations, Adi provides innovative and fit-for-purpose institutional and organisational development.
Adi ensures that a comprehensive and holistic understanding of the organisational development needs and issues is obtained (demand side), through consultation and applying the principles of proximity, velocity and trajectory. This includes an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors, top to bottom perceptions, culture (organisational and personnel), structural and non-structural elements, and the context (externalities). Following this, the conceptualisation, design, and methodology for addressing both process and result orientated solutions for POD’s clients (supply side) is undertaken in close and constant collaboration with all the relevant stakeholders.
